Lasagna

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Hot Italian Sausage
1 Small Diced Onion
3 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 Finely Grated Carrot
1 Stalk of Celery Chopped
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 Jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
_ Mozzarella Cheese
_ Parmesan Cheese
_ Ricotta Cheese
1 Egg
_ Thinly Sliced Cream Cheese
_ Noodles



DIRECTIONS:
Brown the meat with onion, garlic, carrot, celery, basil, oregano and red pepper. Once the meat is brown and
onions are soft add sauce and tomatoes, simmer for 1.5 hours.
Layer the pan (at least three layers) with sauce mixture, uncooked noodles, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Cream
Cheese and Ricotta mixed with the egg. Bake in oven at 300 for one hour.
